The Balista® Firestorm 120 Shallow features our revolutionary LED technology, this is a blood red LED in the tail of the lure. The flashing light acts as a bleeding baitfish and can enhance both feeding and territorial responses from a wide variety of species.

The light is known to trigger a response from predatory species in two different ways.
Firstly the light can portray the illusion of a wounded baitfish and that’s an invitation few predators can resist. The flashing LED can also trigger an aggressive territorial response which results in the fish striking the lure out of shear frustration. Either way more strikes means more fish.
